A recurring pain point among women entrepreneurs seems to be staying focused and managing our time. I too certainly struggle with this one! There’s always so much to do, so few hours in a day, and far too many distractions like emails and juicy online content. How do we keep track and make sure the important things will get done? This free printable might not solve the problem entirely but it may very well help you a great deal.

With all the positive feedback from the Mindful Planning printable, I thought a monthly planner might be useful. This is a one-pager printable that will allow you to note all your important activities for the month.

I encourage you to take a few minutes to read through each section and then write in the spaces your goals, events you will attend (or host), content you want to create, new potential clients you want to contact, possible referral partners you might want to grab a coffee with, and last but not least, what you will do in the month to reward and treat yourself.

Did you know that the most successful people take time off in their day to enjoy life? What will you do for YOU this month in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle balance? Get creative and plan this stuff just like you would plan business related activities. It can be something small like a walk outdoors with a Starbucks Chai Latté or maybe you want to splurge and spend a day at the spa. What are those simple pleasures that make you happy?

You can use the calendar to note the biggies like all the important dates for the month. This is also where you could design your work-back schedule for key items in order to meet your deadlines and goals. This page can be pinned to your board so you can see “at a glance” what you need to do this month.

One of the best feelings as an entrepreneur is setting your own goals and then achieving them. There’s something about being able to cross an item off your list that is so gratifying. That said, of course there had to be a spot for your check mark at the end of each line—the circles.
